No new photos this time. I'll try to get some taken of me & belly this week since the weather is so nice.
Last Monday we had a check-up at the Drs, though it was with the midwife (every other check-up is with the midwife that works in his practice since the visits are every week now). During the 20 minute CTP last week, I had two contractions. During the CTP today I didn't have any contractions, but it was a funny situation though. The baby kept moving to the opposite side of which ever side the CTP was positioned. He's very active in general, but really doesn't like sitting still when he hears those ultrasound waves. Today's visit was just for the CTP to make sure everything is well. When he kept moving around, even the Dr. started to get frustrated. I had to put extra pressure on the sensors to get the reading. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep the pressure steady since my hands are sleeping practically 24/7. Gerhard had to add pressure to my hands so we could keep the baby from moving around so much. After that, he was calm and the readings were steady.
Last week on Wednesday we also registered at the hospital we chose (Pforzheim). So far everyone we've met is very nice. The atmosphere is friendly & the delivery rooms are packed full of different options for delivery choices.
We are now in week 37, so it wont be much longer. Our next check-up is next week on Friday the 16th. It might be our last one before the baby comes, unless he is late. We are so excited and wonder what time of day & day of week the baby will decide to make his entrance into this world.
Still no progress on choosing names. That is a huge endeavor.
