Spring??

We woke up this morning to more snow! This afternoon brought drizzling rain to wash it away. Everything is soggy. Perfect conditions for Spring to break through??! Tomorrow, they call for all day rain keeping in the 30's (F). Sunday however, is another story if the forecasters are correct. Sunshine in the mid 50's, then continuing through the week reaching even in the upper 60's!!! Anticipaaaation....

After going grocery shopping this morning, I picked up Tyler to play over here. He is just a riot. Talking up a storm for sure. I did make a few video's of him today with my camera, but don't know how to upload them onto the blog. He fell asleep again while eating lunch. The difference this time, was that he continued to sleep once we got him out of the chair and onto the couch. At home Christie has video taped him sleeping while eating too & since he is home, he goes to bed without even noticing the change. Here he usually wakes up since it's not his usual sleeping place, but today he snoozed for 1h 40min. Christie called to wake him up so he'd still go to bed on time, but it took him a good while to get his bearings. After snack, we walked around the town & stopped by the market. There were small piles of snow here and there which thrilled Tyler to pick them up and throw then the few inches he could manage in his snow suit. Once back inside to warm up, it was again snack time....yippee,,,, apples, raisins & milk! Roland picked him up & though Tyler didn't want to stop playing, he got in the car seat peacefully.

Now I'm just waiting for Gerhard to get home from a work appointment. Tonight at 8pm we have to clean the church (it's very tiny compared to HGBC). The cleaning teams rotate & usually clean on Saturday, but tomorrow there is an all day event. Looking on the bright side...maybe we can sleep in tomorrow then make a big breakfast...how does pancakes sound?...and I'm sure Gerhard will be draining the batteries in the Wii remotes, guess I'll play along. Maybe Roland will come play bowling with him. After several games, my arm gets tired so my scores drop & I sometimes loose my PRO status...how sad is that? Billiards is fun and so are fishing and steer riding (those are two different games by the way).
