Not sure if I wrote before that we have returned back to IBC (International Baptist Church). We attend the 1st service and then afterwards Sunday School (with Daniel, the teacher we had three years ago). We are enjoying being back. We'll take the required New Membership Class in September for the two Sunday's it's offered and then we'll be members again.
After church and Sunday School today we headed down the street to one of our favorite Chinese food restaurants. Walking through the town square, we saw the IBC German Pastor and his wife walking towards the restaurant from the opposite direction. We arrived at the same time so decided to join each other for lunch. This was their first time at this restaurant & they were surprised at the good portion, price and yumminess. It was a pleasant lunch where we could catch up with friends and eat outside in the beautiful weather.
Late afternoon found us at Carmen & Wolfgang's for coffee, cake and games. The weather cooperated all day, so we were able to sit out in the back yard till the sun started setting. So many games,,,,so little time!
It was a fun filled day!
