On Wednesday this week, the movers came to move Gerhard's office from his mom's house to our new house. It didn't take them very long and all the furniture was set up in the basement.
Now we are working on putting all the customer files back into the file cabinets and setting up all the other material the goes along with his office.
Gerhard is excited to be able to go to work just by walking downstairs. It will be a bit of an adjustment having him home more often. He will still visit clients though for appointments and go to conferences from time to time. Once we get the house in order, the extra room will be for him to have clients and agents from insurance companies visit him here. It is also good that I can easily do my part in the office around my "home" schedule.
Every room in the house still has little construction zones, so I promise to eventually get some photos posted soon as there's a little bit more organization.
