YIPPEE!!!!
After 23 days, we are finally back on-line here at our new address. Though we've been so swamped with moving, painting and getting organized, we sure have missed not having Internet.
I'll be updating the blog over the next days, so keep checking back!
All we have left in the old apartment is to finish up in the garage which we will do tomorrow.
Today we have beautiful sunshine. The month of March has brought two hurricanes to the coast of Germany, sending strong winds, rains and sleet to our area. Besides that, we've had snow practically every day since moving. Needless to day, we are very much looking forward to Spring. There is another storm heading our way this evening which should drop quite a bit of rain...as if the ground isn't saturated enough. Still, there are little flowers budding all around our yard, so Spring wont be stopped. Easter showed no evidence of Spring with the freezing temps and snow. This weekend, Germany "Springs Forward" into Summer time, putting us again at the six hour time difference from the US East Coast.
All is well with the baby. At the last doctors visit, my dr. was on vacation, so the midwife examined me. The baby had the hiccups. Gerhard told Tyler about that and since then Tyler keeps asking if the baby still has the hiccups. I feel like I have a rock hard basketball inside me that is trying to bust out. He still has two months to grow even. We've still not come up with a name yet. We're still planning on being back in Charlotte in the Fall for four to six weeks, once we have the baby's passports.
Well, that's all I have time for at this moment. Hope you all are doing well. It's great to be back on-line!

So glad you are back online now. I've missed reading the blog. I think everyone wants to see some pictures of the new house too. I know you're still busy with everything though, so I understand. Love, Mom
Yea! You're back on-line! I'm so glad the move went well. It is certainly a busy time. I look forward to catching up with you. Take care of yourself and the baby.
BTW - we sprung forward early this year - the first weekend in March.
